摘要
提出了一种改进的漏斗式喷气静电纺丝装置,其由一个钛合金锥形喷嘴、一个上壁面具有多个凹槽的钛合金储液池和一个用作收集器的铜丝滚筒组成,可以获得更高产量的有序纳米纤维。为了研究改进的漏斗式喷气静电纺丝装置批量制备纳米纤维的机理,分别模拟了其与原有的漏斗式喷气静电纺丝装置的电场分布,并通过理论和实验分析了储液池结构和纺丝电压对纳米纤维形貌和产量的影响,实验数据与模拟结果相一致,表明改进的漏斗式喷气静电纺丝装置纺丝性能更好,可获得更高质量和产量的有序纳米纤维,且45 kV为最优纺丝电压。
In this paper,an improved funneling air-jet electrospinning device(IFAJE)was proposed to obtain ordered nanofibers with higher yield,which consisted of a titanium alloy conical nozzle,a titanium alloy reservoir with multiple grooves on the upper wall and a rotating copper wire cylinder used as a collector.The electric field distributions of IFAJE and the original funneling air-jet electrospinning device(FAJE)were simulated to study the mechanism of batch preparation of nanofibers by IFAJE.The effects of reservoir structure and spinning voltage on the morphology and yield of nanofibers were analyzed theoretically and experimentally.The experimental data were in good agreement with the simulation results,which showed that the improved funneling air-jet electrospinning device had better spinning performance and could obtain ordered nanofibers with higher quality and yield.Moveover,45 kV is the optimal spinning voltage.
