计及时空多变量耦合的全电力医疗船集群航程与发电协同优化

Coordinated Optimization of Voyage Scheduling and Power Generation for All-electric Medical Ship Clusters Considering Multiple Spatio-temporal Coupling Variables

摘要 为了满足疫情突发时的区域性医疗资源需求,将医疗船舶与移动能源系统有机结合,提出采用全电力医疗船舶集群保障大规模疫情爆发下的医疗资源充足供给与快速配置。然而,全电力医疗船舶集群的运行决策不仅与路径选择息息相关,还受发电和航程相互影响。为了提高船舶集群运行效率,降低碳排放,针对全电力医疗船舶微电网提出一种航程与发电二阶段协同优化框架,综合考虑医疗服务需求以及岸电接入和船舶能源系统的时空分布特性对交通与能源进行融合规划。围绕所提出的优化问题,采用导引式搜索算法和分段线性化方法对多变量耦合的优化模型进行高效求解。算例分析表明,所提出的协同优化方法既能满足航行时间、病床位、发电机运行和碳排放的实际约束,又可显著提高全电力医疗船集群的经济环保效益。 To satisfy the regional medical requirements for anti-epidemic,this paper proposes the“all-electric medical ship cluster”concept on the basis of integration of all-electric medical vessels with mobile power system to ensure the adequate power supply and medical resources under large-scale epidemics.However,the optimal operation of all-electric medical ship clusters is influenced by not only the navigation route but also the joint voyage and power scheduling.In order to improve efficiency and reduce emissions,a two-stage coordinated optimization framework is developed in this paper to jointly schedule the transportation and energy,taking into account the spatial and temporal distribution characteristic of service demand,cold ironing and ship power system.Guided local search algorithm and piecewise linearization method are utilized to solve the coupled optimization problem.Case study results show that with the help of the proposed algorithm,both the economic and environmental benefits can be significantly achieved under the constraints of sailing time,capacity,generation limit and greenhouse gas emissions.
