摘要
为了减少企业生产制造过程中的高盐废水排放,实现节能降耗和循环利用资源的目标,本文以膜处理技术为例,首先对高盐废水的来源展开分析,并对其中应用的膜处理技术进行了探讨。膜处理技术主要包括膜分离技术、膜浓缩技术、渗滤技术、反渗透技术等多种关键技术,并综合利用中水回用与浓缩分盐措施,实现对高盐废水的资源化利用。经研究认为,膜处理技术处理高盐废水具有良好的效果,使用NF膜能够提高浓水回收率,降低水资源的消耗量,并且基于浓缩分盐原理还能实现结晶出盐的效果,因而有助于实现高盐废水近零排的目标。希望通过此次研究能够为相关人员提供适当参考。
In order to reduce the discharge of high-salt wastewater in the production and manufacturing of enterprises and achieve the goals of energy saving,consumption reduction and resource recycling,this paper takes membrane treatment technology as an example,fi rst analyzes the source of high-salt wastewater,and discusses the membrane treatment technology applied therein.Membrane treatment technology mainly includes membrane separation technology,membrane concentration technology,percolation technology,reverse osmosis technology and other key technologies,and comprehensively adopts the measures of reclaimed water reuse and salt concentration to realize the resource utilization of high-salt wastewater.It is believed that the membrane treatment technology has a good effect on the treatment of high-salt wastewater,and the use of NF membrane can improve the recovery rate of concentrated water,reduce the consumption of water resources,and based on concentrated salt separation can also achieve crystallization of salt,which is conducive to achieving near-zero discharge,hoping to provide appropriate reference for relevant personnel through this research.
