活性碳纤维有机废气回收技术在清洁生产中的应用

摘要 随着社会的发展,工业生产排放的废气也越来越多,其中的有机废气成分复杂,有害物质含量高。针对有机废气的处理方法也很多,但是经过处理后污染物浓度仍然较高,难以达到排放标准。活性碳纤维吸附法是一种有机废气回收技术,该方法是以活性碳纤维为吸附载体,在真空条件下吸附废气中的有机物。当气体通过吸附剂时,在纤维表面吸附层中的有机化合物被解析,从而达到净化有机废气的目的。 With the development of society,there is an increasing amount of waste gas emitted from industrial production,among which the organic waste gas has complex components and high levels of harmful substances.There are also many treatment methods for organic waste gas,but after treatment,the concentration of pollutants is still high,making it diffi cult to meet emission standards.The activated carbon fi ber adsorption method is one of the organic waste gas recovery technologies,this method uses activated carbon fi ber as the adsorption carrier to adsorb organic compounds in waste gas under vacuum conditions.When the gas passes through the adsorbent,the organic compounds in the adsorption layer on the fiber surface are resolved,thereby achieving the goal of purifying organic waste gas.
