摘要
汽车制造行业最重要的产污环节为涂装工序,也就是说汽车的涂装工序是清洁生产潜力较大的工序。本文以某汽车制造企业的涂装工序为例,分析了目前汽车行业涂装原料的使用、能耗的综合利用、污染物治理、工艺/设备的优化等清洁生产技术的现状,为今后汽车行业清洁生产的改进提供参考。
The most important pollution producing link in automobile manufacturing industry is the painting process,that is,the painting process of automobile is the biggest process in the potential of cleaner production.Taking the painting process of an automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of cleaner production technologies in the automobile industry,such as the use of raw materials for painting,comprehensive utilization of energy consumption,pollution control,optimization of process/equipment,etc.,in order to provide reference for the improvement of cleaner production in the automobile industry in the future.
