Analyzing Soil Remediation Management from the Perspective of Soil Remediation Enterprises

本文探讨了土壤修复工程商务管理中存在的主要问题,包括资金监管和审计越来越严格、行业竞争加剧、民营企业资源匮乏以及民营企业管理流程不健全等问题。为了解决这些问题,提出了一些解决方案,包括履约过程中熟悉管理文件,加强资料管理、寻求和国企、央企的合作、积累和培养人才、开发新技术、加强与银行沟通、引进资本、完善管理体系、综合治理等。

This paper discusses the main problems existing in the commercial management of soil remediation engineering,including increasingly strict capital supervision and audit,intensifying industry competition,lack of resources of private enterprises and unsound management process of private enterprises.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some solutions,including getting familiar with government management documents during the implementation process,strengthening data management,seeking cooperation with state-owned enterprises and central enterprises,accumulating and cultivating talents,developing new technologies,strengthening bank communication,introducing capital,improving management system and comprehensive management.
