重污染天气重点行业绩效分级在山西省环境管理中的作用

The Role of Performance Grading of Key Industries in Heavy Air Pollution in Environmental Management of Shanxi Province

2019年,生态环境部首次提出绩效分级理念。山西省生态环境管理部门在重污染天气应对中,积极组织企业实施绩效分级,对重点行业企业实施差异化管控,落实应急减排措施,提高了对重污染天气应对的精准度,将重污染天气危害降至最低。重污染天气重点行业绩效分级的实施,对于我省生态环境主管部门以及重点行业工业企业在应对重污染天气中,起到了积极的推动作用。

In 2019,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment put forward the concept of performance grading for the fi rst time.Shanxi provincial ecological environmental management department actively organized enterprises to implement performance grading in the process of dealing with heavy air pollution,the implementation of differentiated management and control for key industries and enterprises,and the implementation of emergency emission reduction,improved the accuracy of heavy pollution weather response,to minimize the harm of heavy pollution weather.The implementation of the performance grading of key industries in heavily polluted weather has played a positive role in promoting the ecological and environmental authorities and industrial enterprises in key industries in our province to cope with the heavily polluted weather.
