全钒液流电池生产、使用、回收利用过程中环保要点分析

摘要 本文以箱式全钒液流电池为例,探究其生产、使用、回收利用过程中典型生产工艺下各项污染物产排情况,据此提出可行的污染防治措施,为行业全产业链中的环保工作及钒金属资源回收利用提供参考,并分析得出全钒液流电池具有一定的环境友好性结论。 In this paper,the box-type all-vanadium redox fl ow battery is taken as an example to explore the production and discharge of pollutants under the typical production process in the process of production,use and recycling,and feasible pollution prevention and control measures are proposed accordingly,which provides a reference for environmental protection and vanadium metal resource recycling in the development of the whole industry chain of the industry.
