摘要 教育数字化背景下,职业教育高质量发展的本质在于利用数字化思维与手段推动职业教育改革,实现创新型人才培养。其特征表现为三个方面:产教融合精准对接;普职课程双向融通;参与主体多元开放。教育数字化背景下,职业教育高质量发展的逻辑框架为:坚持培养德技并修的大国工匠;树立横纵融通的“大职业教育观”;打造开放性的职业教育资源库;构建多元开放的办学格局。因此,教育数字化背景下职业教育高质量发展的实现,需要以学生为中心,注重数字化技术技能型人才培养;适应未来职业,提供“工作世界”的课程内容体系;立足社会服务,增强职业教育的市场适应性;强化数字化院校建设,实现职业教育治理现代化。 The essence of the high-quality development of vocational education under the background of digitized education lies in promoting the reform of vocational education with digital thinking and means and realizing the cultivation of innovative talents.It is characterized by three aspects:precise docking of production and education;two-way integration of general vocational courses;diverse and open bodies of action.The logical framework of high-quality development of vocational education under the background of education digitization include:the goal orientation of adhering to the cultivation of craftsman of great powers with morality and skills;set up horizontal and longitudinal integration of“big vocational education view”;create open vocational education resource bank;diversify and open school-running pattern.Therefore,the realization of the high-quality development of vocational education under the background of education digitization needs to focus on the student as the center and pay attention to the cultivation of digital technical skills;to adapt to future careers and provide a“world of work”curriculum content system;strengthen the market adaptability of vocational education based on social service;strengthen the construction of digital colleges and realize the modernization of vocational education management.
