克氏針内固定治療鎖骨移位骨折

Internal Fixation with Kirschner's wire for the Claviculor Fracture with Displacement

於1993年10月~1997年10月,對60例鎖骨移位骨折病人行切開復位,克氏針内固定手術。放寛了手術適應症,改良了克氏針内固定的方法。術後隨訪時間3~12個月,平均6.5個月,結果優良率達98%。觀察結果認為:該手術操作簡單,創傷小,内固定可靠。患者可早期功能活動,免除傳統應用的各種外固定所造成不適和可能發生神經損害等併發症,效果滿意。

60 Cases of claviculor fracture with displacement had been treated by internal fixation with Kirschners wire from October,1993 to October,1997.The procedure of operation were expand from the conventional methods.It changed the old method with ordinate for the new one at proximal clavide outlet of Kirschner's wire.The new method avoids stab of pain in the shoulder and it is earily to pull out the needle.Time of follow up was from 3 months to 12 months,average 6.5 months.The postoperation result showed the excellent rate in 98%.The authers concludeal that:the procedure brought about less trauma and satisfactory fixation effects,allowing relatively early mobilization.The satisfactory functional result could be obtained.
