构树叶浓缩蛋白和构树叶发酵低聚木糖在仔猪生产中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在探讨构树叶浓缩蛋白和构树叶发酵低聚木糖对仔猪生长性能、肠道微生物及血清生化指标、免疫指标、抗氧化指标的影响。选择体重相近、健康的21日龄“杜×长×大”三元断奶仔猪90头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,两个试验组分别使用构树叶浓缩蛋白、构树叶发酵低聚木糖替代3%基础日粮。试验期21 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,3%构树叶浓缩蛋白组日粮粗蛋白、低聚木糖含量显著提高(P<0.05),粗纤维、粗灰分、钙、磷含量显著降低(P<0.05);3%构树叶发酵低聚木糖组日粮粗蛋白、磷、低聚木糖显著提高(P<0.05),粗纤维含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,两个试验组仔猪的末重、平均日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);3%构树叶发酵低聚木糖组仔猪血清总蛋白(TP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著提高(P<0.05);两个试验组仔猪血清白蛋白(ALB)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性均显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,3%构树叶发酵低聚木糖组总菌数、大肠杆菌数显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸菌数显著增加(P<0.05);3%构树叶浓缩蛋白组仔猪肠道大肠杆菌数显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,构树叶浓缩蛋白和构树叶发酵低聚木糖替代3%基础日粮均能够提高仔猪生长性能,改善机体健康。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Broussonetia papyrifera leaf concentrated protein and Broussonetia papyrifera leaf fermentation xylo-oligosaccharide on growth performance,intestinal microorganisms,serum biochemical indices,immune indices and antioxidant indices of piglets.Ninety 21-day-old healthy 'Duroc ×Landrace × Yorkshire' weaned piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.Piglets in control group were fed with a basal diet,and those in two experimental groups were fed with a 3% basal diet replaced by Broussonetia papyrifera leaf concentrated protein and Broussonetia papyrifera leaf fermentation xylo-oligosaccharide,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the content of crude protein and xylo-oligosaccharide in 3% Broussonetia papyrifera leaf concentrated protein group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of crude fiber,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The crude protein,phosphorus and xylooligosaccharide in 3% Broussonetia papyrifera leaf fermentation xylo-oligosaccharide were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the crude fiber content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the final weight and average daily gain of piglets in two experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and feed to gain ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of serum TP,Ig A,Ig G and TNF-α of piglets in 3% Broussonetia papyrifera leaf fermentation xylo-oligosaccharide group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of ALB and IL-2,T-AOC and activity of SOD and ALP in serum of piglets in two experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the total bacteria count and Escherichia coli count in 3% Broussonetia papyrifera leaf fermentation xylo-oligosaccharide group were significantly decreased,while the lactic acid bacteria count was significantly increased(P<0.05).The number of intestinal Escherichia coli in 3% Broussonetia papyrifera leaf concentrated protein group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that Broussonetia papyrifera leaf concentrated protein and Broussonetia papyrifera leaf fermentation xylooligosaccharide replacement of 3% basal diet can improve the growth performance and improve the body health of piglets.
