白术多糖对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态结构的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and intestinal morphology of broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究白术多糖对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态结构的影响。选择240只肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加200、400、800 mg/kg的白术多糖。试验期42 d。结果显示,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉鸡21 d体重、22~42 d和1~42 d平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组肉鸡42 d体重、22~42 d平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组肉鸡各阶段料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组肉鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组肉鸡血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组肉鸡血清白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组肉鸡的十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度(VH)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组肉鸡空肠绒隐比(V/C)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组肉鸡回肠VH显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加800 mg/kg白术多糖可以明显提高肉鸡生长性能、机体抗氧化能力、免疫性能,改善肠道组织形态。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and intestinal morphology of broilers.A total of 240 broilers were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 10 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in control group were fed with basal diet,and diets in test groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere added 200,400 and 800 mg/kg of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that 21 d weight,22~42 d ADG and 1~42 d ADG of broilers in groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and 42 d weight,22~42 d ADFI of broilers in groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The F/G of broilers in groupⅢwas significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The activity of SOD and GSH-Px and T-AOC in serum of broilers in groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum MDA content of broilers in test groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The serum IgG content of broilers in groupⅢsignificantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05).The content of TNF-αand IL-6 of broilers in groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 of broilers in test groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Duodenum and jejunum VH of broilers in groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),jejunal V/C of broilers in test groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Ileum VH in of broilers in groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 800 mg/kg Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides can obviously improve the growth performance,body antioxidant capacity,immune performance and intestinal tissue morphology of broilers.
