摘要
汪家寨煤矿7号煤已回采完毕,为确定7号遗留区段煤柱下影响下8号回采巷道的布置位置,通过数值模拟分析了不同内错距离时巷道的应力与位移分布特征,结论如下:(1)8号煤在遗留煤柱正下方垂直应力达到峰值,约为原岩应力的4.4倍,影响范围为距煤柱中心水平13 m;(2)随着巷道内错距离的增加,巷道受上方遗留区段煤柱的影响逐渐减小,当内错距离大于6 m后,巷道位于卸压区,确定了巷道合理的内错距离为6 m;(3)分析了现场实测的巷道围岩变形量,巷道围岩变形量整体较小,均在可控范围内,验证了巷道内错距离选择的合理性。该技术可为类似矿井提供参考。
No.7 coal seam in Wangjiazhai Coal Mine has been mined out.In order to determine the layout position of No.8 mining roadway under the influence of No.7 residual section coal pillar,the stress and displacement distribution characteristics of roadway under different internal dislocation distances were analyzed by numerical simulation.The conclusions were as follows:①The vertical stress of No.8 coal seam reached the peak value under the residual coal pillar,which was about 4.4 times of the original rock stress,and the influence range was 13 m from the center of the coal pillar.②With the increase of the internal dislocation distance of the roadway,the influence of the remaining section coal pillars above the roadway gradually decreased.When the internal dislocation distance was greater than 6 m,the roadway was located in the pressure relief area,and the reasonable internal dislocation distance of the roadway was determined to be 6 m.③The deformation of roadway surrounding rock measured in the field was analyzed.The deformation of roadway surrounding rock was small as a whole,which was within the controllable range,which verified the rationality of the selection of staggered distance in roadway.This technology provided reference for similar mines.
