摘要
为处理煤炭开采过程中产生的矸石,东兴煤矿开展了井下矸石处理技术的研究。在对比不同矸石处理方式的基础上,确定采用巷道充填的方式。巷道断面为5 m×6 m,分两次掘进,采用锚网索支护。为进一步保证巷式充填过程中隔离煤柱的安全稳定,采用“逐步缩小煤柱宽度”的跳掘方法进行掘巷。观测表明,巷道变形量小,对地表的影响较小,经济社会效益显著。
In order to deal with the gangue produced in the process of coal mining,Dongxing Coal Mine has carried out the research on the treatment technology of underground gangue.On the basis of comparing different gangue treatment methods,the roadway filling method is determined.The roadway section is 5 m×6 m,which is excavated in two times and supported by anchor net cable.In order to further ensure the safety and stability of the isolated coal pillar in the process of roadway filling,the jump excavation method of'gradually reducing the width of coal pillar'is adopted to excavate the roadway.Observations show that the deformation of the roadway is small,the impact on the surface is small,and the economic and social benefits are significant.
