孤岛工作面两巷控制技术探究

摘要 针对孤岛工作面两巷控制困难的问题,采用工程类比和现场实践的方法,对唐安煤矿3405工作面两巷进行设计优化,巷道设计断面由4.0 m×2.7 m扩大到4.5 m×3.5 m;支护设计由帮部等强锚杆优化为全部高强锚杆+帮锚索联合支护,顶板锚索增大密度,同时提高锚杆锚索初锚力。应用结果表明,优化前20 d左右巷道底鼓达500~800 mm,两帮收敛近300~500 mm;优化后巷道围岩顶底移进量最大值180 mm,收敛量最大值200 mm,巷道满足了采掘需要。该技术为相似条件的孤岛工作面巷道变形控制提供了实践参考。 In view of the difficulty in controlling the two roadways in the island working face,the design optimization of the two roadways in No.3405 Face of Tang'an Mine was carried out by adopting the methods of engineering analogy and field practice,and the original roadway specification was optimized from 4.0 m×2.7 m to 4.5 m×3.5 m;The support design was optimized from the equal strength bolt at the side to the combined support of all high-strength bolts+side anchor cables.The method of increasing the density of the roof anchor cables and increasing the initial anchor force of the anchor cables at the same time made the roadway deformation reach 500~800 mm from the original roadway floor heave about 20 days after excavation,and the two sides converged to nearly 300~500 mm;The maximum displacement to the top and bottom was 180mm,and the maximum convergence of the two sides was 200 mm.The roadway met the needs of mining.
