摘要
为提高粘胶纤维的上染速率及上染量,采用苏州艾杰尔CA、常州美胜GRE和RS、北京千燕聚丙烯酰胺等助剂对粘胶纤维进行整理,并分别探讨了纺前注入、后整理、染缸处理等工艺流程。最佳工艺为后整理法,相关参数氢氧化钠为10 g/L,常州美胜GRE改性剂为15 g/L,温度为100℃,保温时间为50 min。经处理得到的粘胶纤维相较于普通粘胶纤维具有很强的染料吸附力,提高了染料的上染量,缩短了上染时间,且上染后纤维的摩擦牢度和水洗牢度较好,均可达到国家标准。
In order to improve the dyeing rate and dyeing amount of viscose fiber,auxiliars such as Suzhou Ajer CA,Changzhou Meisheng GRE and RS,and Beijing Qianyan polyacrylamide were used to finish viscose fiber,and the process flows of pre spinning injection,post finishing,and dyeing tank treatment were discussed respectively,the best process was the post-finishing method,the related parameters of sodium hydroxide was 10 g/L,Changzhou Meiseng GRE modifier was 15 g/L,the temperature was 100℃,and the holding time was 50 min.Compared with ordinary viscose fibers,the treated viscose fibers have strong dye adsorption capacity,the dyeing amount of dye is increased and the dyeing time is shortened,and the rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the dyed fibers are good,both of which can meet the national standards.
