医院基层党支部建设与学科建设协同融合的思考——以中南大学湘雅医院第一党总支肾内科党支部为例

医院作为重要的阵地,党建工作与支部建设协同融合、共同发展至关重要。作为国家公立医院,必须立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局。医院基层党组织建设在医院党建工作中的作用举足轻重。但是目前医院基层党建质量有待提升,学科建设有待加强,多学科交叉融合仍须持续推进。本文以中南大学湘雅医院第一党总支第四党支部(肾内科党支部)为例,深入探讨医院基层党支部建设与学科建设协同融合的重要意义,进一步得出“支部走到哪里,党建工作建设到哪里”的结论,切实发挥党的领导核心作用,探索创新支部党建工作形式,将学科建设和支部共建深度融合,凝心聚力,为医院基层党组织建设提供了新思路。

As an important front,the hospital is crucial for the coordinated integration and common development of party building work and branch building.As a public hospital,it must be based on the new development stage,implement new development concepts,and build a new development pattern.The construction of basic-level party organizations in hospitals is an important battle fortress in the work of party building in hospitals.However,at present,the quality of basic-level party building in hospitals needs to be improved,discipline construction needs to be strengthened,and multidisciplinary integration must continue to be promoted.This article takes the Fourth Party Branch of the First General Party Branch of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University(Party Branch of Department of Nephrology)as an example to discuss in depth the significance of the synergy and integration of the hospital’s grassroots Party branch construction and discipline construction,and draws the conclusion that“Where the branch goes,the party building works.”The party’s leadership and core role should be effectively played,the form of branch party building work should be explored and innovated,and the discipline construction and branch co-construction should be deeply integrated,so as to provide a new idea for the construction of basic-level party organizations in hospitals.
