“行动学习进支部”赋能公立医院党建与业务深度融合的实证研究

An empirical study on the integration of party building and business in the public hospital by introducing “Action and Learning promoted in the Party Branch”

如何实现公立医院党建工作与业务工作深度融合是新时代公立医院党建工作急需解决破解的基层党建难题。本研究以广西地市级某家三级甲等综合医院为实践试点,引入“行动学习进支部”,推动“行动学习+”行动,探索了公立医院党建与业务融合模式的可行性路径,保证了公立医院深化改革的同时,又发挥党建引领医疗服务品质、护理管理质量、人文关怀服务水平全面提升,是助推公立医院高质量发展的成功实践,为广西行动学习本土化创新促进公立医院党建与业务工作的深度融合提供可参考的样本。

How to realize the deep integration of Party building and business work in public hospitals is an urgent problem of grass-roots party building in public hospitals in the new era.Taking a Class A Tertiary General Hospital at the prefecture and municipal level in Guangxi as the pilot,this study introduces“Action Learning in the Party Branch”to promote the“Action and Learning+”events,explores the feasible path of the integration mode of Party building and business in public hospitals,ensures the deepening reform of public hospitals,and gives full play to Party building in lifting the overall improvement of medical service quality,nursing management quality and humanistic care service to a higher level,It is a successful practice to boost the high quality development of public hospitals,and provides a reference sample for the localization and innovation of action learning in Guangxi to promote the in-depth integration of Party building and business work in public hospitals.
