在公立医院高水平医院建设背景下,医院博士后科研工作站发挥平台优势,吸引并培养了一批高水平的优秀博士后人才,本文通过对广州市某三甲医院博士后科研工作站博士后招收培养、管理及科研成果进行阐述,分析当前博士后科研工作站管理工作优势及存在的问题,提出优化博士后管理工作的措施建议。

In the context of high-level hospital construction,the role of post-doctoral research workstations in hospitals has been fully utilized to attract and cultivate a group of high-level outstanding postdoctoral talents.By elaborating on the recruitment,training,management,and research achievements of post-doctoral research workstations in a hospital in Guangzhou,the advantages and problems of current postdoctoral research workstation management work are analyzed to propose measures and suggestions for optimizing post-doctoral management work.
