多维度课程思政在《内科学》教学中的实践研究

摘要 目的探讨多维度课程思政在《内科学》教学中的实践效果。方法选择2021年1月—2021年8月我院组实施传统教学模式的影像学内科学课程学生121人,将其作为对照组;另选取2021年9月—2022年3月我院组实施多维度课程思政教学模式的影像学专业内科学课程学生121人,将其作为研究组。对比两组内科学课程思政调查问卷评分、内科学课程考核评分及学生对教学效果评价情况。结果研究组对社会医疗现状的认知、对专业的忠诚度、对个人学业和社会关系的认知、内科学课程思政调查总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组期末考核评分、课程考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组思政教学效果、案例编制效果、总体认同及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度课程思政在《内科学》教学中将内科学知识与思政元素融合,不仅可提升学生整体职业素养,还可提升内科学教学质量,学生对该教学模式的认可度较高。 Objective To explore the practical effect of multi-dimensional curriculum of ideological and political education in the teaching of Internal Medicine.Methods 242 students in the course of imaging and internal medicine in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,121 in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode,while the research group adopted the multi-dimensional curriculum of ideological and political teaching mode.Compare the scores of quetionaires on the internal medicine course of ideological and political education,the internal medicine course assessment scores and the students’evaluation of the teaching effect between the two groups.Results The research group’s cognition of social medical status,professional loyalty,personal academic and social relations,and the total score of the ideological and political survey of internal medicine courses were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The final assessment score and course assessment score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effect of ideological and political teaching,case preparation,overall recognition and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of internal medicine knowledge and ideological and political elements in the teaching of Internal Medicine can imporve not only the overall professional quality of students,but also the teaching quality of internal medicine.Students have a high recognition of this teaching model.
