摘要
目的分析攀枝花市某三甲综合医院2017—2021年恶性肿瘤出院患者信息,了解恶性肿瘤的构成及死亡相关情况,为恶性肿瘤防治、医疗资源合理配置提供数据依据。方法使用Excel 2010、SPSS26.0进行数据整理,对2017—2021年所有恶性肿瘤出院患者及恶性肿瘤死亡患者的构成比、增长率及性别等进行统计分析。结果近5年前10顺位恶性肿瘤的收治类型较稳定,2021年分别为肺恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤、甲状腺恶性肿瘤、直肠恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、乳腺恶性肿瘤、白血病、结肠恶性肿瘤、前列腺恶性肿瘤、淋巴癌。近5年除女性特有的乳房和卵巢恶性肿瘤外,不同性别的恶性肿瘤死亡例数前10位构成不同(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤住院患者逐年增加,病死率逐年下降,并存在性别差异,应结合地区特征进行重点恶性肿瘤防治。
Objective To analyze the information of discharged patients with malignant tumors in a third class hospital in Panzhihua from 2017 to 2021,understand the composition and death related situation of malignant tumors,and provide data basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors and the rational allocation of medical resources.Methods Excel 2010 and SPSS26.0 were used to sort out the data,and make statistical analysis of the constituent ratio,growth rate and gender of all malignant tumor discharged patients and malignant tumor dead patients from 2017 to 2021.Results Nearly 5 years ago,the 10 types of malignancies were stable.In 2021,they were lung cancer,liver cancer,thyroid cancer,Rectal cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,leukemia,colon cancer,prostate cancer and lymphoma.In the past 5 years,except for breast and ovarian malignant tumors unique to women,the top 10 deaths from malignant tumors of different genders have different compositions(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of deaths between men and women in leukemia,colorectal malignant tumor and gastric malignant tumor(P>0.05).Conclusion The number of hospitalized patients with malignant tumors increases year by year,the mortality decreases year by year,and there are gender differences.The prevention and treatment of key malignant tumors should be carried out in combination with regional characteristics.
