多维化整体护理模式对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的影响

The effect of multi-dimensional holistic nursing model on radioactive oral mucositis in patients with head and neck neoplasms

目的探索多维化整体护理模式对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者放射性口腔黏膜炎受损程度和疼痛的影响。方法选取我院2021年1月—2021年12月收治的头颈部恶性肿瘤行放射治疗的患者160例为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分实验组和对照组各80例。对照组给予常规护理模式,实验组在常规护理基础上实施多维化整体护理模式,对比两组患者放疗前、放疗2周及放疗结束,口腔粘膜受损程度和疼痛情况以及患者的满意度。结果实验组患者的口腔粘膜受损和疼痛程度低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施多维化整体护理模式,可显著减轻患者的口腔粘膜受损和疼痛程度,改善患者生活质量,提升满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of multi-dimensional holistic nursing model on the impairment degree and pain of radioactive oral mucositis in patients with head and neck neoplasms.Methods A total of 160 cases of head and neck neoplasms treated with radiotherapy from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 80 patients in each group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine care mode,while the experimental group implemented a multidimensional holistic care mode on the basis of routine care.The degree of oral mucosal damage and pain,as well as patient satisfaction,were compared between the two groups of patients before,2 weeks after,and after radiotherapy.Results The degree of oral mucosa impairment and pain in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of patient satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multi-dimensional holistic nursing model can effectively reduce the degree of oral mucosa impairment and pain as well as improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
