高校作为各类思潮的汇聚地,能否切实提升其高校网络意识形态治理能力,关乎立德树人根本任务的有效落实,关乎社会主义意识形态阵地的牢固稳定。新时代高校应深度挖掘网络意识形态治理的理论建设、校园实践、政策解读三层价值维度,全面审视当前呈现出的主体功能性式微、网络信息化受损、治理链接度消解三大风险样态,创新构建理论引领主体模型、制度维护客体模型、技术赋能介体模型三层实践理路,在高校网络意识形态治理中坚持守正创新。

As a gathering place of all kinds of ideological trends,colleges and universities have become the key field of ideological governance.The solid promotion of the network ideology governance ability of institutions of higher learning is related to the effective implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and nurturing young people,and to the firm and stable position of socialist ideology.In the new era,in order to maintain and innovate the new development trend of college and university network ideology governance,the three-layer value dimension of university network ideology should be deeply explored,including theoretical construction,campus practice and policy interpretation.The three risk patterns presented should be comprehensively examined,including the present weakening of the main function,the damage of network informatization and the dissolution of linkage degree of governance.We should innovate and construct three layers of practical theory:the theory leading subject model,system maintenance object model and technology enabling agent model.Cultural inheritance and innovation should be adhered to in network ideology governance in colleges and universities.
