摘要
从科普能力建设的角度看,一个国家科学发展水平的高低是考核其能力高下的重要方面。与科技先行国家的科普体系相比,我国科普体系的结构要素之间的有机关联性差距甚大,且科普体系的系统性总体上偏弱,这背后有着科普体系运行机制单一、科普体系自身的系统性不足、科普理论研究存在局限性等原因。如何促使我国新时代科普体系结构要素间的协同发展?首先,当下的科普事业要回到符合科普体系运行规律的轨道上来;其次,我国科普体系的系统性建设要体现出特色性;再者,要从范式转换入手,提高科普理论对科普实践的预判性。
From the perspective of the ability construction of science popularization,the level of scientific development of a country is an important aspect in the assessment of its ability.Compared with the popular science system in the pioneering countries of science and technology,the organic correlation gap in the structural elements of China’s popular science system is huge,and the system of popular science is weak on the whole,and this is due to the single operation mechanism of scientific popularization,the systematic deficiency of popular science system itself,and the limitation of popular science theory research.How to promote the collaborative development of the structural elements of the popular science system in the new era?First of all,the current science popularization should return to the track that conforms to the law of science popularization system.Second,the systematic construction of science popularization system in our country should reflect its characteristics.Moreover,we should start from paradigm shift to improve our predictability of science popularization practice through science popularization theory.
