《针灸甲乙经》中“上星穴方”浅析

Analysis of“Shangxing Acupoint Prescription”in A-B Classics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

《针灸甲乙经》中由上星穴、譩譆穴、天牖穴、风池穴四个腧穴组成的针灸处方(下文统一称为“上星穴方”)是《针灸甲乙经》中的代表穴方,出现的频率达8次,所治病症也非常广泛,包括“热病汗不出”“痎疟”“面胕肿”“风眩”“癫疾”“目痛不能视”“鼻鼽衄”。文章从本穴方的组方、针刺顺序及其主治病症、作用机理等方面对此穴方进行分析,以期为临床应用提供参考。

The prescription of A-B Classics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion consists of Shangxing point,Yixi point,Tianyou and Fengchi(hereinafter referred to as Shangxing Point prescription),which is the generation of the A-B Classics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,which appears 8 times and treats a wide range of diseases,including“fever without sweat,malaria,swollen face,vertigo,epilepsy,eye pain and epistaxis”.This paper will analyze this acupoint prescription from the aspects of its composition,acupuncture sequence,indications and mechanism of action,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
