畲药天仙果化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Advance in Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Traditional She Medicine Ficus Beecheyana

天仙果为畲族常用的、药食两用的畲药。天仙果含有苯丙素类、黄酮、三萜、甾体和酚酸类等多种化学成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、防治阿尔茨海默病和溶栓等多种药理作用。文章在系统的文献调研基础上,对天仙果的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用做出总结,以便对其更好的研究、开发和利用。

Ficus beecheyana is a common traditional She medicine,which is used as both medicine and food.F.beecheyana contained various chemical constituents,such as phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,steroids,phenolic acids and fatty acid esters,ect.,which exhibited diverse biological activities,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-alzheimer s disease and thrombolytic effects,and so on.On the basis of a sysmatic survey on literatures,this essay summarized the studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of F.beecheyana,in order to facilitate its studies development and utilization.
