摘要
以装配有电涡流缓速器的客车为研究对象,对其鼓式制动器进行热固耦合分析。分析建立了整车制动状态动力学模型,并对所用的鼓式制动器工作原理进行了分析计算。利用相关参数建立鼓式制动器有限元简化模型,对电涡流缓速器不同档位下的后轮鼓式制动器进行了仿真分析,得到制动鼓温度场和应力场的分布结果,并研究了作为辅助制动装置的电涡流缓速器对鼓式制动器的影响。
Taking the bus equipped with eddy current retarder as the research object,the thermo-solid coupling analysis of its drum brake is carried out.The dynamic model of the whole vehicle braking state is analyzed and established,and the working principle of the drum brake used is analyzed and calculated.The simplified finite element model of the drum brake is established by using the relevant parameters,and the simulation analysis of the rear wheel drum brake at different gears of the eddy current retarder is carried out,the distribution results of the temperature field and the stress field of the brake drum are obtained,and the influence of the eddy current retarder as an auxiliary brake device on the drum brake is studied and discussed.
