Research on Improving the Service Capability of Government Websites from the Perspective of Digital Government

政府网站是政府信息公开、政民互动、政务服务的重要窗口,也是数字政府的重要载体和建设内容。在数字政府视角下,应以大数据思维和技术作为基础驱动力,以新型管理、新型技术、新型渠道为政务网站建设的转型方向,围绕数字化履职体系、制度规则体系、数据资源体系等五大体系,全面提升政府网站的服务能力。

Government websites are an important window for government information disclosure,interaction between government and the public,and government services,as well as an important carrier and construction content of digital government.From the perspective of digital government,a model for enhancing the service capability of government websites has been studied and constructed,with big data thinking and technology as the basic driving force.The service capability of government websites is characterized by six functional elements such as government civilian interaction,government services,and data openness.The transformation direction of government website construction is based on new management,new technologies,and new channels.Based on the construction requirements of digital government,the digital performance system is centered around the five major systems,including institutional rule system and data resource system,comprehensively enhance the service capabilities of government websites.
