群决策下高校辅导员考核评价体系研究

摘要 高校辅导员作为大学生成长成才的“引路人”、思政教育的“排头兵”,其职业素养和专业能力的高低与学生未来发展息息相关,对高校辅导员进行考核评价是提高其职业素养和专业能力的重要环节。当前,各高校对辅导员的考核方案不尽相同,辅导员考核缺乏相对权威、系统的考核评价体系,考核过程中存在导向不明确、体系不完善、内容不全面的问题。根据高校辅导员的工作特点,基于群决策理论分析考核主体的构成,结合辅导员工作“九项职责”内容,运用BSC理论设计考核评价指标体系,并利用AHP分析法确定考核指标的权重,为构建科学、合理的高校辅导员考核评价体系提供参考模型。 As the guidance of students' growth and success and the leader of the ideological and political education,the professionalism and professional ability of college counselors are closely related to the future development of students,and the examination and evaluation of college counselors is an important part of improving their professionalism and professional ability.At present,the assessment schemes for counselors vary from university to university,and the assessment of counselors lacks a relatively authoritative system of examination and evaluation,and there are some problems in the assessment process,such as unclear orientation,imperfect system and incomplete content.This paper analyzes the composition of the assessment subject based on the group decision theory,combines the “nine duties” of counselors and uses BSC theory to design the examination and evaluation index system,and determines the weight of the assessment indexes by using AHP analysis to provide a reference model for the construction of a scientific and reasonable examination and evaluation system for college counselors.
