某气田三甘醇损耗量优化研究与解堵清污创新实践

摘要 某气田投产初期,天然气脱水系统三甘醇损耗量较高,针对三甘醇损耗问题,分析损耗原因并根据现场生产实践提出优化再沸炉工艺参数措施;通过对三甘醇循环泵回流管线改造来降低循环量,有效降低三甘醇的损耗量,极大地减少气田的生产操作成本;在三甘醇系统发生故障堵塞后,实施加热熔化排烃替代传统开罐清污创新实践,以近乎零的成本投入完成故障处理,创利增效成果显著。 In the initial stage of production of a gas field,the triethylene glycol loss of the natural gas dehydration system was high.In view of the triethylene glycol loss,the causes of the loss were analyzed and measures to optimize the reboiler process parameters were proposed according to the on-site production practice.By reforming the return pipeline of triethylene glycol circulating pump,the circulation volume is reduced,the consumption of triethylene glycol is effectively reduced,and the production and operation costs of the gas field are greatly reduced.After the triethylene glycol system was blocked due to failure,the innovative practice of heating,melting and hydrocarbon expulsion was implemented to replace the traditional tank opening and cleaning,and the failure treatment was completed at nearly zero cost,with significant profit and efficiency gains.
