摘要 为有效实现锅炉的防腐阻垢,保证锅炉安全高效节能,将EQ3F复合锅炉水处理剂应用于锅炉炉内水处理中,且当加入EQ3F药剂质量浓度为120 mg/L时,其除氧能力约是2.85 mg/L,阻垢率为79%,表明EQ3复合处理水剂的除氧、阻垢性能好;并对比分析未加、添加EQ3F药剂的缓蚀效果,添加药剂后,锅炉内上中下部水处理剂平均腐蚀速率为0.02、0.004、0.09 mg/dm~2,锅炉腐蚀速率降低明显,达到缓蚀效果。 In order to effectively achieve anti-corrosion and scale inhibition of the boiler,ensure the safety,efficiency,and energy conservation of the boiler,the EQ3F composite boiler water treatment agent is applied to the water treatment inside the boiler.When the mass concentration of EQ3F agent is 120 mg/L,its deoxygenation capacity is about 2.85 mg/L,and the scale inhibition rate is 79%,indicating that the EQ3 composite treatment water agent has good deoxygenation and scale inhibition performance.And the corrosion inhibition effects with or without addition of EQ3F agent are compared and analyzed.After adding the agent,the average corrosion rate of the upper,middle,and lower water treatment agents in the boiler is 0.02,0.004,and 0.09 mg/dm2.The corrosion rate of the boiler decreases significantly,achieving the corrosion inhibition effect.
