摘要
炼焦企业在生产过程中会产生大量的含硫含氰有害气体,对自然环境造成严重污染。针对当前焦炉煤气脱硫脱氰技术进行了分析,介绍了TH法、HPF F法、AS法和FRC法。通过以上流程分析出最具有优势的方法,并且针对设备和技术作严格开发,后续在废液处理方面进行严格处理,确保煤气脱硫脱氰技术的质量和工作效率。
During the production process of coking enterprises,a large amount of harmful gases containing sulfur and cyanide are generated,causing serious pollution to the natural environment.An analysis was conducted on the current desulfurization and decyanation technologies for coke oven gas,introducing the TH method,HPF F method,AS method,and FRC method.Through the above process analysis,the most advantageous method has been identified,and strict development has been carried out for equipment and technology.Subsequently,strict treatment has been carried out in waste liquid treatment to ensure the quality and work efficiency of gas desulfurization and decyanation technology.
