回采工作面过断层期间防灭火技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 以树儿里煤业3#煤8204工作面为例,针对该回采工作面因过断层回采缓慢、遗煤带来的防灭火问题,采取工作面密闭,减少漏风,并向采空区注氯化镁及注氮、黄泥灌浆加注三相泡沫等防灭火措施,通过JSG-8型煤矿束管监测系统对所采煤层自燃火灾及防灭火效果等进行监测预报与评价。结果显示,该回采工作面过断层期间所采用的防灭火技术能有效避免采空区遗煤自燃发火,保证矿井安全生产。 Taking the 8204 working face of 3#coal seam in Shuerli Coal Industry as an example,in view of the fire prevention and extinguishing problems caused by the slow mining across the fault and the remaining coal,the working face was closed to reduce air leakage,and fire prevention and extinguishing measures such as injecting magnesium chloride into the goaf,nitrogen injection,and three-phase foam injection into the yellow mud grouting were taken.The self ignition fire of the coal seam and the fire prevention and extinguishing effect were monitored,predicted and evaluated through the JSG-8 coal mine bundle monitoring system.The results show that the fire prevention and extinguishing technology used during the fault crossing period of the mining face can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf and ensure the safe production of the mine.
