Sewage treatment plants have played a crucial role in the prevention and control of water pollution in China.In the context of modern society,the operation of sewage treatment plants should be from the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction,strengthen the application of advanced technology and equipment,and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on this,the energy consumption situation of sewage treatment plants was analyzed,and practical approaches for energy conservation and emission reduction of sewage treatment plants were summarized from the aspects of design and operation,providing reference for relevant practices.
