摘要
废旧电极的无害化、资源化环保处置是电解铝行业可持续发展的重要保障。通过分析电解铝废旧电极主要来源及危害,并对比现有废旧电极资源化处置方法,发现超高温无害化处置资源化利用技术可以同时实现废阴极及废阳极多种废料的无害化处置并进行资源化利用,且社会、环境、经济效益显著,可成为未来废旧电极环保处置的重要方向。
The harmless and environmentally friendly disposal of waste electrodes is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the electrolytic aluminum industry.By analyzing the main sources and hazards of waste electrodes of electrolytic aluminum,and comparing the existing resource disposal methods of waste electrodes,it is found that the ultra-high temperature harmless disposal resource utilization technology can simultaneously realize the harmless disposal of waste cathodes and waste anodes and resource utilization which has significant social,environmental,and economic benefits.Therefore,this technology will become an important direction for the environmentally friendly disposal of waste electrodes in the future.
