Discussion on Performance Grading of Volatile Organic Compounds Treatment Technology in the Coking Industry

焦化行业作为山西省重要的支柱产业,挥发性有机物的治理一直是生态环境保护工作中的重点,随着行业政策的逐步完善,挥发性有机物治理目标日趋清晰。焦化行业生产过程中产生挥发性有机物环节较多,治理难度大,治理措施不到位现场异味明显。基于此,结合现行生态环境和行业主管部门文件要求,对焦化行业现行挥发性有机物治理存在的典型问题进行梳理,为重污染天气焦化行业绩效分级工作中挥发性有机物治理措施升级改造提供借鉴和参考。

As an important pillar industry in Shanxi Province,the coking industry has always been a key focus of ecological environment protection work in the treatment of volatile organic compounds.With the gradual improvement of industry policies,the goal of treating volatile organic compounds is becoming increasingly clear.There are many volatile organic compounds generated during the production process of the coking industry,which is difficult to control.The control measures are not in place,and the on-site odor is obvious.Based on this,combined with the current ecological environment and industry regulatory requirements,this paper sorts out the typical problems in the treatment of volatile organic compounds in the coking industry,providing reference and reference for the upgrading and transformation of volatile organic compound treatment measures in the performance grading work of the coking industry in heavily polluted weather.
