摘要
本实验树脂取代石油资源以纯生物基的天然多官能酸(柠檬酸)、羟基溶剂醇(IPA)和环氧大豆油(ESO)为原料,通过引发自由基聚合反应,形成三维网状交联的不饱和生物基聚酯树脂。此生物基树脂可适用于与其他未改性的环氧化植物油一起使用生产出无孔隙的弹性体产品。将生成的混合物浇铸在硅橡胶垫上制成透明片材,根据ASTM D412试验发现拉伸强度为0.45 MPa,伸长率为148%,可室温存储三个月以上仍能保持均匀且粘度稳定,可应用于各种背衬材料/背衬层以产生具有优异撕裂强度、柔韧性、尺寸稳定性和制造完整性的皮革状材料。为生物基高分子材料的发展提供可靠的实验及理论基础。
The resin in this experiment replaces the oil resources with pure biological natural multifunctional acid(citric acid),hydroxyl solvent alcohol(IPA)and epoxy soybean oil(ESO)as raw materials.Through initiating Radical polymerization,three-dimensional network cross-linked unsaturated biological polyester resin is formed.This bio based resin can be used together with other unmodified epoxidized vegetable oils to produce non porous elastomer products.The generated mixture is cast onto a silicone rubber pad to make a transparent sheet.According to ASTM D412 testing,it was found that the tensile strength is 0.45 MPa,the elongation is 148%,and it can be stored at room temperature for more than three months and still maintain uniformity and viscosity stability.It can be applied to various backing materials/layers to produce leather like materials with excellent tear strength,flexibility,dimensional stability,and manufacturing integrity,which provides a reliable experimental and theoretical basis for the development of bio based polymer materials.
