摘要
本文介绍一起220kV避雷器爆炸事故的处理过程,参照设备运行状况和修试记录,通过对避雷器的现场解体和仔细检查,分析其发生爆炸的原因,最终确认事故发生的主要原因是密封不严造成的避雷器受潮。结合变电站运行情况,建议有针对性地开展带电检测,以及时发现避雷器的受潮、老化及其他隐患,采取适当措施,预防同类事故发生。
The handling process of a 220kV lighting arrester explosion accident is introduced in this paper.Through the on-site disassembly and careful inspection of the arrester,referring to the equipment operation and repair and test records,the cause of the explosion is analyzed.It is confirmed that the damping of the arrester due to poor sealing is the main cause of the accident.Combined with the operation of the substation,targeted live detection is suggested to detect the damping,aging and other hidden dangers of the arrester in time,and take appropriate measures to prevent the accident from happening again.
