摘要
分析蝴蝶兰叶片对加富CO_(2)的生理响应,摸索CO_(2)施肥在蝴蝶兰温室大棚中的应用,为有效提高蝴蝶兰温室大棚栽培效率提供理论和技术支持。以蝴蝶兰大辣椒的2.5寸杯苗为材料,开展CO_(2)加富试验,以CO_(2)施放时间(2个水平)及CO_(2)浓度(4个水平)为考察因素,按随机区组试验共设8个处理,在加富CO_(2)处理后第1、3、8、18和30 d取样,分析加富CO_(2)对蝴蝶兰叶片渗透调节物质含量和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:不论是在AM8:00~11:00还是在PM19:00~23:00加富CO_(2)浓度400、600和800μmol·mol^(-1),蝴蝶兰叶片的MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量、总酚含量、SOD活性、POD活性和CAT活性均在第18 d后呈现出下降趋势;而加富CO_(2)浓度1 000μmol·mol^(-1)蝴蝶兰叶片的可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性和CAT活性到第30 d仍呈现出上升趋势。研究显示蝴蝶兰叶片在加富CO_(2)浓度为800μmol·mol^(-1)以下时,18 d后就开始适应加富CO_(2)的环境条件。
By analyzing the physiological response of Phalaenopsis aphrodite leaves to CO_(2) enrichment,and exploring the application of CO_(2) fertilization in the greenhouse of Phalaenopsis aphrodite,it could provide theoretical and technical support for effectively improving the cultivation efficiency of Phalaenopsis aphrodite in greenhouse.The CO_(2) enrichment experiment was carried out with the 2.5-inch cup seedlings of Phalaenopsis aphrodite Big Pepper as the materials,and the CO_(2) releasing time(2 levels) and CO_(2) concentration(4 levels) were taken as the investigation factors.A total of 8 treatments were set up according to the random block experiment.And the samples were taken on the 1 st,3 rd,8 th,18 th and 30 th day after the treatment of CO_(2) enrichment to analyze the effects of CO_(2) enrichment on the content of osmotic adjustment substance and antioxidant enzyme activity in the leaves of Phalaenopsis aphrodite.The results showed that:Whether at AM 8:00-11:00 or PM 19:00-23:00,the MDA content,soluble protein content,total phenolic content,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity in the leaves of Phalaenopsis aphrodite showed a downward trend after 18 days when the the concentration of CO_(2) was 400,600 and 800 μmol/mol.However,when the concentration of CO_(2) enrichment was 1 000 μmol·mol~(-1),the content of soluble protein,POD activity and CAT activity in the leaves of Phalaenopsis aphrodite still showed an upward trend on the 30 th day.The results showed that the leaves of Phalaenopsis aphrodite began to adapt to the environmental conditions of CO_(2) enrichment after 18 days when the concentration of CO_(2) enrichment was below 800 μmol·mol~(-1).
