摘要
随着新线新站持续开通运营,铁路客站体量规模越来越大,功能业务不断拓展,运营品质持续提升,对站区跨系统、跨单位高效联动、协作管理提出了更高要求。在分析客运车站管理现状和痛点需求的基础上,结合客运管理业务变化和站区管理发展新趋势,以协作共建为核心,以运营模式改革创新为导向,聚焦效率和成本,结合中国铁路上海局集团有限公司客站站区一体化构建内容,分析客站站区管理工作的改进方向,为提升铁路站区管理效率提供参考。
With the continuous opening of new lines and stations,passenger stations are becoming larger in volume and scale,the functional services are continuously expanded,and the operation quality is continuously improved,which puts forward higher requirements for efficient cross-system and cross-unit linkage and collaborative management in station areas.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and pain points of passenger station management,in combination with the changes in passenger transport management business and the new development trend of station area management,taking collaborative co-construction as the core,oriented by the reform and innovation of operation mode,focusing on efficiency and cost,and in combination with the construction of integrated passenger station areas of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the improvement direction of passenger station area management to provide a reference for improving the management efficiency of railway station areas.
