摘要
为实现朔黄铁路供电检测监测数据资源的传输、归集、接入、汇总、加工、存储的全过程管理,建立全流程、全生命周期的数据资产目录视图,基于大数据技术和数字化技术,提供元数据标准规范,开展检测监测数据的接入归集、治理处理、接口共享、算法调度、监控统计、高效存储等全生命周期研究,形成数据资源和门户目录。朔黄铁路将接触网基础设施台账、检测设备和监测装置信息、检测监测数据和维修记录归集到供电检测监测数据资产管理系统,形成数据资源目录,为数据监控和优化管理提供数据决策支持。
In order to realize the whole-process management of transmission,collection,access,summary,processing and storage of power supply inspection and monitoring data resources of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,this paper establishes a full-process and full life cycle inspection and monitoring data asset directory view,provides metadata standards and specifications based on big data technology and digital technology,and carries out full life cycle studies such as access collection,governance processing,interface sharing,algorithm scheduling,monitoring statistics and efficient storage of inspection and monitoring data to form a data resource and portal directory.Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway collects the OCS infrastructure ledger,inspection equipment and monitoring device information,inspection and monitoring data and maintenance records into the power supply data asset management system to form a data resource directory,providing data decision support for monitoring and optimization management of inspection and monitoring data.
