摘要 针对光储充电站参与实时需求侧响应的经济性评估问题,提出考虑实时需求侧响应的光储充电站容量优化配置方法。首先,考虑电网频率响应需求,在满足负载需求的基础上通过优化光储系统充放电行为建立充放电策略;然后,考虑锂电池不同荷电状态(SOC)下的充电功率非线性特点,建立储能电池充电功率分段线性化模型;最后,以光储系统全寿命周期内部收益率最大化为经济性评估指标,建立双层规划模型。算例分析表明,所提算法可使光储充电站实现较高收益水平。 Aiming at the economic evaluation of photovoltaic-battery charging station participating in real-time demand-side response,an optimal capacity configuration method of photovoltaic-battery charging station considering real-time demand-side response is proposed.Firstly,the frequency response requirements of power grid are considered,and the charging and discharging strategy of the photovoltaic storage system is optimized to meet the load demand.Then,a segmented linearization model of energy storage battery charging power is established based on the nonlinear characteristics of charging power under different states of charge(SOC)of the lithium battery.Finally,a two-layer planning model is established with the maximization of internal rate of return of the photovoltaic energy storage system throughout its life cycle as the economic evaluation index.The case analysis shows that the proposed algorithm can achieve a high level of profitability for photovoltaic-battery charging stations.
