基于干涉图样分析牛顿环表面的缺陷

摘要 针对牛顿环平板玻璃或平凸透镜会出现的多种质量及缺陷问题,根据不同的情况进行分析研究,模拟得出相应的干涉图样并分析质量问题和干涉图样变化的一致性。结果表明干涉图样的变化与器件所存在的质量问题相吻合,通过分析牛顿环干涉图样能够判断牛顿环的质量和缺陷问题,该研究结果对实际生产实践中如何针对质量和缺陷问题进行表面处理具有一定的指导意义。 In view of various quality and defect problems of Newton ring flat glass or planoconvex lens,analysis and research are carried out according to different situations,the corresponding interference patterns are simulated,and the consistency of quality problems and interference pattern changes is analyzed.The results show that the change of interference pattern is consistent with the quality problems of the device.The quality and defects of Newton ring can be judged by analyzing the interference pattern of Newton ring.The research results have certain guiding significance for how to carry out surface treatment for quality and defects in actual production practice.
