基于手机软件测量透明液体浓度的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于手机功能软件设计一种简易的测量透明液体(乙醇、葡萄糖、冰乙酸和食盐溶液)浓度的实验装置。利用手机软件的角度测量功能对光束的入射角和折射角进行读取,采用斯涅尔定律计算不同液体浓度的折射率,通过origin软件绘制出不同液体浓度与折射率的线性关系。研究发现:自制仪器测试的液体浓度与标准仪器测量值比较吻合,折射率越大,对应的液体浓度越大。其中,葡萄糖溶液的折射率与浓度的线性相关性最明显。自制实验装置结合手机软件测量液体浓度的方法简单、成本低,拓展了其在普通物理光学实验中的应用范围。 A simple experimental device for measuring the concentration of transparent liquid(ethanol,glucose,glacial acetic acid and salt solution)was designed based on the mobile phone function software.Use the angle measurement function of the mobile phone software to read the incident angle and refractive angle of the light beam,calculate the refractive index of different liquid concentrations using Snell's law and draw the linear relationship between different liquid concentrations and refractive index through origin software.It is found that the liquid concentration measured by the self-made instrument is in good agreement with that measured results by the standard instrument.The greater the refractive index,the greater the corresponding liquid concentration.It is the most obvious linear correlation between the refractive index of glucose solution and the concentration.The self-made experimental device combined with mobile phone software to measure the concentration of liquid is simple and low cost,which expands the application range in general physical optics experiments.
