转炉钢渣水热制氢法的实验研究

摘要 转炉炼钢过程产生的钢渣中含有大量FeO及其他金属氧化物。利用水蒸气与FeO的反应制取氢气,即为钢渣水热制氢法。通过卧式管式炉设备,分别研究了不同流量水蒸气、不同温度条件下钢渣与水蒸气的反应。结果表明:随着水蒸气流量的增加,产氢速率逐渐增大,其达到峰值后基本维持恒定;随着温度的升高,氢气的生成速率逐渐增大,在水蒸气流量为0.250 mL/min左右时达到最大值;提高反应温度有利于反应的进行,在短时间内可以获得较多的氢气。此研究旨在利用钢渣特性促进水蒸气还原产氢,有效回收钢渣中的铁资源,实现钢渣废弃物的综合利用。 The steel slag from the converter steel-making process contains a large amount of FeO and other metal oxides.The hydrogen production by Hydrothermal gasification from steel slag is to produce hydrogen by the reaction of water vapor with FeO.The reactions between steel slag and water vapor under different vapor flows and different temperature conditions were studied with horizontal tubular furnace equipment.The results show that the hydrogen production rate increased gradually with the increase of water vapor flow,and then remained constant after reaching the peak.It also increased gradually with the increase of temperature,and reached the maximum value at the water vapor flow rate of about 0.25 mL/min.Increasing temperature was beneficial to the reaction for more hydrogen could be obtained in a short time.The study aims to use the characteristics of steel slag to promote hydrogen production by water vapor reduction and effectively recover the iron resources in steel slag,so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of steel slag waste.
