一种直升机机载跟瞄系统被动隔振平台设计

摘要 隔振平台连接直升机机体与光电跟瞄吊舱,对机载跟瞄系统的跟瞄精度至关重要。采用多个笼形隔振器并联,设计了一种直升机机载跟瞄系统的被动隔振平台。由欧拉变换描述隔振平台的空间姿态,基于Lagrange方法建立隔振平台的动力学模型,获得了不同激振频率下隔振平台的振动传递率。利用ANSYS动力学仿真验证了隔振平台理论模型的正确性,校核了大过载情况下隔振平台的冗余保护能力。通过实际飞行测试,检验了隔振平台的隔振效果。 Vibration isolation platform connects the photoelectric tracking-aiming pod to the helicopter body,and is significant to tracking accuracy of the airborne tracking-aiming system.Employing the parallel structure of multiple cage vibration isolators,a new passive vibration isolation platform for the helicopter tracking system is designed.The spatial pose of the isolation platform is described by Euler transformation,and the dynamic model is established based on the Lagrange dynamics method,and the vibration transmission rate under different excitation frequencies is obtained.The correctness of the theoretical model of the vibration isolation platform is verified by using ANSYS dynamics module simulation,the redundant protection capability of the vibration isolation platform under high overload is checked,the isolation effect is investigated by flight test.
