基于项目教学法的农产品加工机械与设备课程教学改革

Teaching Reform of Agricultural Product Processing Machinery and Equipment Course Based on Project Teaching Method

农产品加工机械与设备课程是新疆农业大学机械类专业的核心课程之一。针对该课程章节涉及内容广泛,造成学生学习难度大,教学过程中存在偏理论轻实践的问题,基于项目教学法在课程教学中的应用进行了实践与探索。实践证明,项目教学法可以有效优化课程教学过程,充分调动学生学习全过程中的积极性,有利于落实“以学生为中心”的教学理念,同时强化学生理论联系实际的能力,有效地提高课程教学质量,为新疆维吾尔自治区农产品加工机械与装备应用型人才的培养提供帮助。

Agricultural Product Processing Machinery and Equipment is one of the core courses of Xinjiang Agricultural University in machinery.In view of difficulty of students'learning due to extensive content of course chapters and problem of theory over practice in teaching process,application of project teaching method in the course teaching was practiced and explored.It was proved that project teaching method could effectively optimize course teaching process,fully mobilize students'enthusiasm in whole learning process,help to implement teaching concept of"student-centered",strengthen students'ability to relate theory to practice,effectively improve quality of course teaching,and provide assistance to cultivation of applied talents in agricultural product processing machinery and equipment in Xinjiang.It would help to cultivate applied talents of agricultural processing machinery and equipment in Xinjiang.
