新工科背景下材料成型及控制工程专业工程实践能力培养探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 新工科背景下,传统专业亟需根据新经济、新技术发展的新要求进行改造升级,在人才培养中要贯穿工程理念,切实提升学生工程实践能力。该文分析材料成型及控制工程专业应用型人才工程实践能力培养中存在的教学问题,具体阐述新工科人才培养方案重构、多层次实践体系构建与工程实践能力梯次培养、学生创新能力培养和实践平台与师资队伍保障等方面的改革与实践探索,并介绍改革成效,可为传统工科专业的升级改造提供参考和借鉴。 Under the background of emerging engineering,the traditional majors need to be transformed and upgraded according to the new requirements of the development of new economy and new technology.The engineering concept should be run through the talent training to effectively improve the students'engineering practice ability.This paper analyzes the teaching problems existing in the cultivation of engineering practice ability of applied talents majoring in materials processing and control engineering,specifically expounds the reform and practical exploration in the aspects of reconstruction of training scheme of emerging engineering talents,construction of multi-level practice system and echelon cultivation of engineering practice ability,cultivation of students'innovation ability,practice platform and guarantee of teaching staff,and introduces the results of the reform.It can provide reference for the upgrading of traditional engineering majors.
