亚东图书馆的历史考察

A Historical Survey of the Yadong Library

值亚东图书馆创立110周年,对其发展历程进行考察,探究亚东图书馆和汪孟邹为中国革命和中国近代出版做出的贡献。文章梳理了亚东图书馆的发展历程,将其分为前史(1903−1912)、创立时期(1913−1918)、黄金时期(1919−1927)和衰落时期(1927−1953)四个阶段,分析亚东图书馆盛衰的影响因素包括:巨大的时代影响和制约,陈独秀、胡适、章士钊等灵魂人物的影响,以及亚东内部的合作与分歧。总结提炼了亚东图书馆四个较为明显的特点:中小出版社的排头兵,鲜明的出书板块特色,浓郁的地域色彩,经济状况的困窘。进一步从共产主义运动的赞助者、参与者和同情者三个方面,系统阐述了亚东图书馆发展历程中的红色基因。

On the 110th anniversary of the establishment of the Yadong Library,by examining the development history of the Yadong Library,this article explores the contributions of the Yadong Library and WANG Mengzou to the Chinese revolution and the modern publishing industry.The article outlines the development process of the Yadong Library,and divides it into four stages:the prehistory(1903-1912),the founding period(1913-1918),the golden period(1919-1927),and the decline period(1927-1953).The influencing factors of the rise and fall of the Yadong Library are analyzed,including the tremendous influence and constraints of the times,the influence of soul figures such as CHEN Duxiu,HU Shi,and ZHANG Shizhao,and the cooperation and differences within the Yadong Library.Four obvious characteristics of the Yadong Library are summarized and extracted,including the leading force for the small-and medium-sized publishing houses,the distinct characteristics of the publishing sector,the strong regional color,and the economic difficulties.Furthermore,this article systematically elaborates on the red genes in the development process of the Yadong Library from three aspects:sponsors,participants,and sympathizers of the communist movement.
