China hosted the historic first China-Central Asia Summit,on May 18 and 19 in Xi'an,I china's_ancient capital at the eastern end of the Silk Road.This landmark event,stemming from the China+Central Asia(C+C5)cooperation mechanism initiated in 2020,brought together leaders from the six participating countries for their first face-to-face collective meeting.
